Laser welding of fuel cells

nowadays, as an alternative clean energy, the popularity of solar energy has increased significantly. We will also focus on the next generation of power generation technology - fuel cell power generation, which will achieve an annual industrial replacement increment of 170000 tons

fuel cell is very similar to battery because it is also a device that converts chemical energy into electrical energy. However, unlike batteries, the chemicals in them will not leak after reaction. As a fuel cell, as long as we continuously provide fuel for it, electric energy will be continuously output. Nowadays, most fuel cells use hydrogen and oxygen for chemical reactions, so the waste generated is basically water or carbon dioxide

fuel cells are widely used, such as consumer electronic equipment, automotive industry, residential power generation and industrial power generation

there are many types of fuel cells. The single chamber fuel static load testing machine also includes: the voltage generated by the battery of the universal testing machine is about 0.7 v. However, in order to make the voltage reach a more ideal level, we usually combine many cells to form a "fuel cell stack"

the following figure shows the welding of different auxiliary gases at a speed of 200mm/s

the following figure shows the laser welding ability in different situations. It is worth noting that the welding depth has nothing to do with the auxiliary gas. We can change the parameters according to the actual situation to adapt to different types of fuel cell welding
